My JourneyMy name is Virginia Fox and I would like to share my story with you. At the time I had a friend who was studying hypnosis, and she recommended I check into it. I was very skeptical at first, but I made an appointment to see if hypnosis could help me. The hynotist explained how everything works and how I would be using the power of my own mind to take back control of my life. I was surprised to hear that the American Medical Association had approved hypnosis as a viable tool for behavior modification nearly fifty years ago. It all made perfect sense. I signed up immediately. They didn’t put me on a deprivation diet, or make me take pills, or shots, or weigh foods. What I got was a healthy, balanced approach to losing weight. In fact with hypnosis I would learn to see food the way naturally thin people see food: As fuel for the body. That was a new concept for me. My hypnotist taught me that I must eat to lose weight. That also was a foreign concept to me. I thought I was supposed to starve myself thin! Before I knew it, hypnosis had changed my whole relationship with food. Ice cream ceased to have meaning for me. Presently, as I continue moving towards my personal weight loss goals, I have a few pounds to go. But the most important thing is this: I know my issues with weight are gone for good. I love and believe in the program so much that I am here to tell you that anything I can do, you can do. If you have a weight problem or have been struggling with bad eating habits, what was good news for me, can be good news for you, too. Your Journey
I know that from where you stand, it might be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It has been suggested that curing cancer is easier than curing obesity. If you have been struggling with poor eating habits for awhile, then you’ve probably tried various methods to get resolve, only to find lasting results elusive. Historically it’s understandable. Traditional methods of weight loss demand a person go on a deprivation diet, which no one likes. And while some people may stay on it long enough to lose the weight, they have done nothing about their weight problem but get smaller. The actual problem part - you know, the bad eating habits, and sedentary lifestyle - almost always remains behind, rearing its ugly head almost immediately after the person stops doing whatever weird things they were doing to lose the weight. If you have been seeking a key to weight loss, give us a call so we can arrange an appointment for your free consultation. It’s fun, it’s informative, and we’ll make sure all your questions are answered. See you soon! Yours truly,
